Hi, my name is Sylvie Rivin.
I’m a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (CCHt) and the founder of Inner Routes Hypnotherapy. I am trained and certified by Hypnotherapy Training Institute (HTI) in Corte Madera, CA, accredited by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (ACHE).

The route to well-being may be easier than you think.
Sometimes, before we can move forward, we have to dig deep down into ourselves to get to the roots of the matter. That’s how we discover what is holding us back. By traveling our own inner routes, we emerge stronger and more capable of change and growth.
Here’s how it works:
Start by scheduling a free consultation call. You can also email me or call 415-291-0411. We will talk for 20-30 minutes so I can hear what you’re trying to accomplish and I can answer any questions you may have.
When you’re ready to try hypnotherapy, schedule your initial session with me.
The initial appointment is approximately 2 hours. This allows plenty of time for us to complete forms and get to know each other before you’re gently guided into your introductory hypnosis session. Afterwards, we’ll come with a plan for follow-up sessions.
Follow-up sessions are usually 90 minutes or 1 hour each depending on your specific needs and goals. Hypnotherapy is both fast and effective, but like any kind inner work, it can be considered a practice that takes dedication. While you may notice a significant shift in just one session, clients generally experience lasting and effective results in 5 - 6 sessions.
You can pay as you go or buy a package of 4 sessions at a discounted price. If you buy a package, additional sessions will always be at the discounted fee when we work together in the future.
